I'm gonna talk about two things today, both of which happened yesterday. First of all, yesterday was my seventeenth birthday. My relatives gave me a number of gifts, including, but not limited to, tickets to a Sufjan Stevens concert in Philly, a cell phone, and new headphones. For my birthday, I invited over Doug, Ben, Gus, and Lindsay, for a session of Dungeons & Dragons. That was good fun. Doug, Ben, and Gus chipped in to buy me two D&D books, Five Nations and Stormwrack.
Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter died yesterday. As a kid I always loved watching his show whenever I was at a house with cable, and it made for excellent Saturday morning watching ever since he came over to network TV. Godspeed, man.
